Hi, I'm Derrick — a trained ADHD coach (ADDCA) here to help you navigate, understand, and master your brain's terrain. Together we'll uncover strategies to overcome ADHD's daily challenges and find the path that works best for you.

When your ADHD runs wild, it's a jungle out there.

  • One day your full of energy and crushing it and the next you can't even get started. ​

  • There are so many things that you can do, but you just can't decide which. 

  • You're working on a task, but zone out and when you snap back 20+ minutes have passed. 

  • You're great at starting projects, you've probably got five on the go now, but rarely  finish them.​

  • You hate deadlines until the last minute arrives — then they're your best friend. 

  • Rejection hits hard, even when you know it's not personal. â€‹

  • If it's not urgent or exciting, it might as well not exist. 

  • Your emotions are felt at full volume without a mute button. 

  • You plan out your entire day in your head, but then forget to follow any of it. 

  • You often forget appointments, deadlines, and tasks but somehow remember facts from five years ago. â€‹

How I Coach

From the first session to the last, coaching is a partnership.

Discovery Session

A free 15-30 minute session where we meet digitally, or in person, and have a conversation.

 

​In this first session, we'll share our stories and we'll probably discuss some of the challenges and struggles that you're facing and how coaching might be able to help. Then we'll have a brief logistics discussion around the when, where, and how much. 

​

At the end we'll both take some time to decide whether we're the right fit.

Welcome Package and Intake

If we decide that we're the right fit, I'll email you the welcome package.

 

The package includes a letter, contract, and some early exercises to further understand your goals and struggles.

​

This step may also include a second free session to answer any questions you may have.

First Full Session and Beyond

Know what you're looking for? Great, we can dive right in. Unsure about what you need? No problem, we'll figure it out together. 

​

Everyone's first session is a little different. We'll look forward together and discover the next steps that best fit your unique brain. 

​

This process continues as we get curious, ask questions, and work through potential solutions as partners.
